Shipping & Delivery Policy

VCardPulse (vcardpulse.com) sells a digital service: online digital business cards and other digital cards, priced at ₹70/month per card after a free first month.

1. No physical shipping

We do not sell or ship any physical products. No shipping charges apply and no delivery address is required.

2. Delivery

• Your card is delivered instantly online: it is published at its own link (vcardpulse.com/c/your-name) as soon as you create it.
• After a successful payment, your card's paid period is extended immediately and you can see the new expiry date in your dashboard.
• You can share your card via its link, QR code or WhatsApp, and download its QR code and contact file at any time.

3. Delivery problems

If your payment succeeded but your card was not renewed, email support@vcardpulse.com with your registered email and payment ID and we will fix it, or refund you as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
