Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of VCardPulse at vcardpulse.com, operated by Social Mosquitoes, India (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using VCardPulse you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

VCardPulse lets you create digital business cards and invitation cards that you can share via a link or QR code. Features may change or improve over time. Optional AI features generate suggestions that you must review before publishing; we do not guarantee their accuracy.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (and old enough to form a binding contract where you live) to use VCardPulse. You are responsible for your account, keeping your login secure and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information.

3. Pricing and payment

• Every new card is free for the first month (30 days).
• After that, a card stays live for ₹70/month per card (30 days per renewal), paid in advance via Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets).
• If a card is not renewed, it goes offline and shows an “expired” page. Your data is kept so you can renew it later.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion for duplicate or erroneous charges. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change with prior notice on the website; changes do not affect periods already paid for.

4. Your content

You own the content you add to your cards. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display and share it as needed to operate the service (for example, showing your public card to visitors). You confirm you have the right to publish everything you upload, including photos, logos and catalogues.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VCardPulse to:

• publish anything illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, hateful or harassing;
• impersonate any person, business or brand, or create misleading cards;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
• distribute malware, phishing links or spam, or promote scams;
• attempt to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or misuse the AI features.

6. Content removal and termination

We may remove or disable any card or content, or suspend or close any account, that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or the law, or that is reported to us — with or without notice. You may stop using VCardPulse and delete your cards at any time, or ask us to delete your account.

7. Third-party services

VCardPulse uses third-party services such as Google Sign-In, Google Gemini and Razorpay. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimer

VCardPulse is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that cards will be available at all times.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of business, profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to VCardPulse is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date and, for significant changes, notify users on the website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
